Terms of service
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, provided that such changes will not affect the pricing, quantity, or delivery schedule of the current subscription term. Any modifications will be communicated to the Subscriber via email or another written form and will take effect 7 days after notice is given.
Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Subscriber's personal information. Details of the collection, use, and protection of the Subscriber's information are outlined in the Company's Privacy Policy, available on our website or upon request.
Refund Policy
If the Subscriber is unsatisfied with any delivery, they must contact the Company within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement. Refund eligibility will be determined at the Company's discretion, subject to the condition of the returned goods and the nature of the complaint.
Renewal and Auto-Renewal
This Agreement will automatically renew on a month-month basis unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 1 month before the end of the current term. The Company will send a reminder notification 1 month before the renewal date.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or interruption of business, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total Subscription Fees paid by the Subscriber during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee that the coffee delivered will meet the Subscriber's expectations of taste or quality.
