A medium roast blend of three origins — Brazil, Ethiopia and PNG. Brazil is the base: creamy body, nutty through the middle. Ethiopia brings the brightness, a clean berry lift that stops it ever feeling flat. PNG rounds it off with deep cocoa and a bit of earth. Balanced, smooth, no bitterness — pulls a clean shot and holds up in milk.

We're an Indigenous-owned business, and this blend is part of how we put that to work. Every bag supports our community and respects the people at origin who grow it. We pay attention to where the coffee comes from and who it lifts up along the way — because good coffee should carry weight beyond the cup.
